Dr. Harry R. (Joe) Mack with his wife Stephanie and children Russell and Caroline.
Dr. Mack is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, a Diplomate of the National Board of Dental Anesthesiology, a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a member of the Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has hospital privileges at Saint Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee, and Williamson County Medical Center in Franklin, Tennessee.
Dr. Mack majored in mechanical engineering at The University of Michigan, College of Engineering, and he was granted early entrance into the University of Michigan School Of Dentistry, where he graduated in the top four percent of his class. After graduating, he completed a year of general dentistry practice residency and subsequently completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the University of Alabama Hospital and his M.D. degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed a year each of oral surgery internship, general surgery internship, and oral surgery residency, serving as chief resident during his final year.
Dr. Mack was recognized by the Tennessee Dental Association for his many years of service to the state and local dental community in 2010 when he was awarded The Tennessee Dental Association Fellowship Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Profession of Dentistry. Joe has also served in every elected office in the Nashville Dental Society, including President, Member of the Board of Directors, the Budget and Finance committee, and the Nominating Committee. Dr. Mack has been an active member and officer of local study clubs since 1988.
A former Sunday school teacher and Cub Scout leader, Joe and his wife, Stephanie, live in Nashville, and are the parents of two grown children, Russell and Caroline. Dr. Mack is well-known for his friendly, light-hearted chair-side manner, and he is proud to call himself an honorary southerner

Dr. Ryan F. Thomas with his wife, Dr. Susan Sapp Thomas, a pediatric hospitalist, and their sons Parker and Everett.
Dr. Ryan F. Thomas, a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, joined Nashville Oral Surgery in July 2015.
Dr. Thomas and his wife Susan, a pediatric hospitalist, live in Franklin, Tennessee. Dr. Thomas attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and earned a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2007. He then entered dental school at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, graduating as the class valedictorian in 2011. Dr. Thomas continued his training in Memphis as an oral and maxillofacial surgery resident. He completed a fouryear hospital based program, including five months of anesthesia residency, four months of general surgery residency, and three months of internal medicine residency.
Dr. Thomas is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Dental Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and son, enjoying the outdoors, and playing piano.

Caroline is a board certified physician assistant with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Master of Science in medicine. She has a lifelong special interest in health and beauty and a passion for helping people look their best and feel their most confident. "Enhancing and maximizing each person's natural beauty" is her practice motto. Caroline's practice of aesthetic medicine is a natural extension of her fascination with human sciences, the artistry of beauty, and a keen eye for aesthetics. As an advanced practice provider, Caroline can diagnose and treat medical conditions. She can prescribe medications for special skin care concerns including acne, and age-related lines and wrinkles and can recommend appropriate non-prescription products for her patient's specific skincare needs. Women (and men) of all ages know that beautiful skin can be the best medicine for improved mood and confidence.
Caroline looks forward to getting to know her patients, working hand-in-hand with each one, tweaking and updating their treatment plans to help them achieve their specific skincare and aesthetic goals. She offers Advanced/Comprehensive Skincare Consultations and can help each patient choose appropriate medical-grade cosmetic treatments including micro-needling and other sought-after cosmetic treatments and services, including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, retinoids, and more. She uses a phased, step-wise approach with the goal of achieving a natural-looking, refreshed appearance.
